How are orders processed?
  • Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, pending credit card verification.
  • Orders with next-day shipping will be processed the same day if received by 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • If a product that you have requested is out of stock, we will notify you promptly via e-mail that it is unavailable, so that you can make arrangements to get it elsewhere or at a later date.
What payment methods do we accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and corporate account purchase orders (upon approval). To be considered for a corporate account, please call customer service at (888) 401-7400 during regular business hours

Do we charge sales tax?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders delivered to a New York State or New Jersey address. Tax-exempt customers are…

  • Any orders shipped outside of New York State
  • Organizations that can provide a valid tax-exempt certificate at the time of purchase. Sales tax cannot be removed from an invoice retroactively.

How can I receive coupons?

If you wish to receive coupons or promotions via email, you must sign up on our mailing list which can found at the bottom of any page on this website. We do not issue coupons over the phone and are not responsible for coupon validity from outside sources.

How can I order by phone?

Manhattan Wardrobe Supply reserves the right to cancel an order, due to computer processing or human error. Inventory representations are accurate to the best of our ability and knowledge; however, all items are subject to prior sale. We will notify you immediately, if there will be a delay in processing your order or if we are unable to fulfill your request.

We will do our best to process and ship your order the day we receive it, but orders received in after 1:00pm Eastern Time may be processed and shipped the following business day.
